At Lamnesia Loans, we believe that accessing capital should not require a sacrifice of your digital privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information within our lending ecosystem at https://loans.lamnesia.com (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We do not sell your loan inquiries, debt profiles, or personal financial data to third-party marketing firms.

1.2 Loan & Credit Data

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data based on contractual necessity and legal mandates:

  • Underwriting & Risk Assessment: Analyzing your profile to determine loan eligibility, interest rates, and maximum borrowing limits.

  • Loan Servicing: Managing the lifecycle of your loan, from disbursement to the final installment.

  • Fraud Prevention: Verifying your identity against national databases to protect both the user and the integrity of the lending pool.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling mandatory reporting requirements to the OJK (Financial Services Authority) and other regulatory bodies.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Lamnesia Loans does not trade or sell your financial history. Disclosure is limited to:

  • Credit Registries: Reporting your loan performance (positive and negative) to national credit bureaus as required by law.

  • Financial Intermediaries: Secure payment gateways and banks used for fund transfers and installment collections.

  • Collection Partners: In the event of a significant default, limited contact and debt data may be shared with vetted third-party collection agencies.

4. Your Rights and Choices

Under the Indonesian UU PDP and our transparency framework, you have full control over your data:

  • Right to Access: You may request a report of the personal and financial data used in your loan assessments.

  • Right to Rectification: You can challenge and correct inaccurate information in your profile, such as outdated employment data.

  • Right to Erasure: You may request account deletion once all loans are fully settled and the statutory retention period (typically 10 years) has concluded.

  • Automated Decision Review: You have the right to request a manual review of any loan application that was rejected solely by an automated algorithm.

5. Security and Data Stewardship

5.1 “Vault” Encryption

All financial documents, ID scans, and credit reports are protected by AES-256 bit encryption. Access to your loan dashboard requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

5.2 Secure Communication

We use encrypted channels for all correspondence regarding your debt status to ensure your financial standing remains private.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the duration of your active loan. Following full repayment, records are archived for ten (10) years to satisfy Indonesian tax, audit, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as lending regulations or our digital tools evolve. Material changes will be announced via a dashboard alert or sent to your registered email address.
